I was disappointed with my experience. Despite having an appointment, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. My haircut was also much shorter than requested and did not match what we discussed. Better time management and attention to client preferences would improve the service. I left dissatisfied with both the wait and the haircut.
Always great service and friendly staff.
Great spot for a quick wash and blow! Paid street parking is available.
I have followed Josefina for a long time and she has taken care of me and my mom. She is a wonderful woman and cares very much about her clients. She listens to us and always makes us feel and look beautiful! Definitely recommend this salon!!!
***Update*** I’m been a client here for more than 6 years but I know Josefina & Rossana (owners) for 12 years and I will never change this salon for any other. Every hair cut, color, style, etc.. it’s on point! They know what you want and they have good prices. I recently change my hair color from blonde to brown copper and love it! Need it a fresh start. Amazing Salon! Friendly Salon, Very elegant, Music for you to relax while you get your hair done. Location is great, you can park around the area or right in front (be aware you will need quarters) otherwise no issues. I know Josefina for more than 5 yrs and I have no complains because she get you what you want.
